The CONNECT programme offers dynamic, high impact, and effective approaches to developing leadership practice, engaging communication, managing difficult conversations, understanding growth mindset and fear, enhancing presentation skills, team dynamics, digital pitching, emotional resilience and wellbeing, and co-creation facilitation practice. These skills are the foundation of high performance and developing positive interpersonal relationships. Our training uses a unique combination of techniques from actor training, theatre practice, business development theory, and the social sciences to lead participants through a practical training process of identifying personal strengths, increasing knowledge, and developing new skills. We also share openly and honestly our practice, learning, and experiences as an organisation, as a team, as practitioners, and as humans.
CONNECT is a flexible training and professional development programme; designed in response to the contemporary business and professional landscape, and grounded in the real world with practical applicability. Our sessions and training can be delivered in-person at a venue or via Zoom (or a mixture of both!).
The programme is delivered by experienced facilitators, directors, and creative practitioners in environments which are genuinely supportive and accessible. Our training provides rich learning opportunities for groups and individuals, with participants ranging from large corporate companies and public bodies to SMEs and sole traders.

A two-day training series designed for people who want to increase their personal impact and need to communicate effectively with a range of people within different contexts; from large audiences to small groups to one-to-ones. Participants will explore different layers of communication – physical, verbal, and psychological - and experiment in a safe space with new tools and strategies, which will help them authentically connect and engage with others, hold space confidently, and feel empowered.
